Fluttershy Spray

First and foremost, I apologize if this seems sub-par compared to my other work. The original image was exactly the same size, but a MUCH lower quality, so I was guessing at a lot of the lines on the vector. I dont like how the Celtic ring blends in so well (I'll probably change it to Fluttershy's outline colour), and the vector just seems... off. Something about the face.
But look! No star-brushes were used! I'm so proud of myself!
Also wik: the keen-eyes observer will note that this is not a full-pony vector. This was actually one of the best images I could find of her. If you find a better one, please link me to it or tell what episode and time it is, so I can use it instead
